John Sobiech and his wife, Leah, have been residents of Bella Vista, since 2005. John’s father, Roger, started the business in 1997 and John became his partner when he and his wife moved here from MN. We like to say, “We live where you live.” John and Leah live on Bella Vista’s east side on Lake Ann. They have three school-aged children. Both John and Leah work full time for the business.

How often do I need to paint the exterior of my home?
Most painters agree that a house's exterior should be painted every 5-10 years with woods being closer to 5 and stucco closer to 10.
Is it important for my paint to have UV protection.
Sun and water are the two main enemies of paint. UV protection will make your paint job last much longer.
